IMO, the best science ship in the C-store is the Eternal. It's trait is so-so for science-EPG builds though. The best C-store traits for science builds come from the Somerville, the Chronos, the Chimesh, and the Presidio. The Arbiter's ship trait is a must have for every DEW build.
