I looked up this question earlier today, actually. I am having a similar thing; fatigue, o-pains, acne, +opk's, temp low, and I mean what my temp is usually w/o the clomid and progesterone. I continue to have positive opk for 1 or 2 days after the peak one but i know LH is coming down at that point. And i would BD on ovulation day and the next 2 or 3 days after as well. I was diagnosed with endometriosis and pcos. I started metformin last month, used provera to kick in my period then letrozole on cd 3-7. FF had marked cd 10 as my ovulation but that is way too early for me. My typical cycle is more or less 45 days and I ovulate somewhere from cd 25 onwards.
