No need for Archive Invalidation txt anymore. Just put the bsa file in your FalloutNV data folder, and change the the archive section of the Fallout.ini files (one in My Documents/My Games/FalloutNV, and one in the FalloutNV folder located at Steam/Steam Apps/Common/Fallout New Vegas) so it looks like this.
