Innovation Academy (IA) for Pre-Med, any good? Question. Hi, I got admitted to UF in their Innovation Academy (IA) program not to the regular fall admissions. (Got a good GPA but not such a great SAT score) I have been reading about different opinions, but can't find anything recent and more or less objective, so I've decided to open a post.The UF Innovation Minor is exclusive to IA students. The Innovation Minor courses are designed to provide a core knowledge base and a skill set to prepare IA students for the 21st century economy. Through four years of classes on entrepreneurship, creativity, leadership and ethics, Innovation Academy helps students develop an innovative mindset.The UF Innovation Academy Internship Experience is designed to give IA students opportunities to work on projects with ventures in the greater-Gainesville community during each Fall semester.
