Past about 125 trade I find it to be an awful grind that is no fun. I downloaded the "bannerlord xp tweaks" mod which allows you to get xp based off the denars exchanged for all transactions. Your party size increases by 1 for every 2 skills in Leadership up to Leadership 100.
