The spacers shouldn't make a difference. All they really do is move the wheel further out.. My 2016 manual specifies 100 ft/lbs. (I'm guessing your 2018 manual should say the same). Interestingly enough it is higher than for a TJ (same lug nuts) but my TJ manual says 85 to 110 foot pounds. I have been using 95 on both.
